👀 I decided to set up Chobabovski's Neurodivergent Creativity Showcase on YouTube and Facebook because there was nothing like it already that I could find.
🗟 Most ND creators are amateurs so they may not add text descriptions to their videos — or may not use the language patterns YouTube favours — so their creations won't come up in YouTube's search results. 😴 Many ND creators only have time and energy to create a few videos. So their work may be overlooked forever.
🙊 Some neurodivergent conditions, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, can make socialising and networking difficult. So can suffer exhaustion from being 'different' or hyperactive. Without an existing fan-base to share their videos, it's hard for new ND creators to get noticed.
📣 But if we stick together, we can reach a wider audience.
