Be Kind and Respectful

🏳️‍🌈  Be cool. This aims to be an inclusive, welcoming, safe space for everyone.  Healthy debates are natural, but patience and generosity of spirit are required. 

🪷  Assume good intentions — misunderstandings happen; ask for clarification instead of reacting.

💬  No tone policing — people express themselves differently; focus on meaning, not style.  For example, neurodivergent language varies a lot, even within the community.  Please respect others’ word choices and avoid correcting their terminology.  If you need help judging tone, ask a friend or AI.

⚠️  Use warning notes to help those who are sensory-sensitive or easily distressed, e.g. “Warning: contains loud noises,” “Warning: contains references some may find distressing.”

♿  Accessibility matters — please try to make your posts easy to read, e.g. use paragraph breaks, avoid flashing images, and describe any visual content that is necessary for the post to be understood.

✋  Respect feedback boundaries — if someone shares creative work, only offer a critique if they’ve asked for it.

No bullying

🔨 Bullying of any kind isn't allowed.  That includes intolerant or degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, identity, ability, or status. 

No harmful content or misinformation

🔒 Do not send private messages, request personal contact, or share personal details (age, address, photos, etc.) with anyone you meet on our social sites.

🧐 No misleading info on serious topics.  Always check facts before sharing, and include a source where possible.

No spam or irrelevant content

⚖️ Sharing your endeavours is welcome, but please leave room for everyone to contribute, especially smaller, amateur contributors. 

💰You can post your own ND commercial ventures on our youtube channel and facebook page (within the comments section of our invitation posts) in moderation, but do not post sponsored ads from others.  

🔗 Irrelevant content is not allowed.  Links to personal sites or channels are fine if they’re shared for discussion or inspiration, not spam.

No copyright breaches

©️ Only post your own creations or work you have permission to share.  Credit sources clearly.  All creators retain full ownership of their own work.  Stealing or reposting others’ work without permission is strictly prohibited.

🤝 If a creation is made collaboratively, all contributors retain copyright, regardless of individual contribution level.

 Help keep this a healthy space

⚡ Admins will try to remove content that breaks our rules or values as soon as possible but coverage is not 24/7.  

🛎️  Members/followers should use their own judgment and report any content or behaviour that seems inappropriate or unsafe to the group Admins, the host platform, or email chobabovski@gmail.com 

Moderation approach

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes —

 ✏️ For small issues (like unclear wording or a minor rule slip), we’ll usually ask you to edit your post.
🧹 Posts or comments with unsuitable content may be removed.
❌ Significant or repeated rule breaches may lead to a temporary suspension.
☢️ Serious or harmful behaviour could lead to immediate and permanent removal/blocking.

Take care – platform ads, and the contents of items we promote, are outside our control

⚠️ Content may be unsuitable for some viewers.  While I do my best to share or link to thoughtful and creative material, I don’t have the time or ability to fully review every piece of linked content, and it may be subject to change.  Please use your own judgment and proceed at your own risk when visiting external links.  If you notice any harmful material, please contact chobabovski@gmail.com

➡️ Our policies apply only to the functions of our sites that we control — Google, YouTube and Facebook have their own policies which you should read and adhere to.  If you click on a link to another website you should read their policies.

Your data and privacy rights

🔏 The website (Google), channel (YouTube), page & group (Facebook) are run by C. Chobabovski. If you contact me by email, I’ll only use your information to reply to your message.  I won’t share your details with anyone else.  I will only publish your work with your written consent.  

💽 I keep emails, messages, and shared creations for as long as this project is active so I can manage submissions, stay in touch about your work, and maintain the project’s archive. 

🌬️  If you’d like me to delete any messages or data you’ve sent, or to delete a published post containing your work, just email me at chobabovski@gmail.com but please be aware that once it’s made public, I can’t fully control what happens to it – other people may already have seen, shared, or saved it.
